Weather!

We spent the last couple weeks learning about weather. Our class did a experiment with water, shaving cream, and food coloring to understand how rain falls from the clouds.

Thanksgiving Tea

For the last month the 3rd grade has been working on their manners. We learned how to act at a formal and informal event. We celebrated the finishing of our unit with a Thanksgiving Tea. The students did a great job practicing their skills!

Happy Halloween!

We had a fantastic time in 3rd grade celebrating Halloween. We visited other third grade classrooms and did fun activities with each teacher. Then we went to the nursing home and showed off our costumes. It was a great day at CIS!
