Spelling Bee

Chadron Intermediate School held their first annual spelling bee today. All of the 24 contestants from 3rd and 4th grade did fantastic! We had four students from our class make it into the contest. Good job Aiden, Jace, Maddi, and Jenny!

Talent Show

Fur Trade Museum

A big thank you to the Fur Trade Museum for hosting the 3rd grade. We had a blast learning about fur trading and Chadron history!

Making Cookies

We made our very own cookies for our lunch at the Historic School! They were pretty tasty!

1880's School

Even though it was a little chilly and rainy we had a wonderful time going back in time. After spending a couple weeks learning about the 1880's our class went to the Historic School at the Dawes County Museum. We had so much fun learning reading, writing, and arithmetic. 

Bird Watch

The third graders were able to go to the Chadron State Park to do some bird watching. We started the morning with a wonderful hike around the park. After our hike we were able to participate in other fun activities to learn more about birds. What a great day!
